It's work culture particularly in Aspirational Districts Program is very employee friendly where senior managers are not coercive,but supportive.

. There is unequal salary previleges for same position. Please negotiate properly or else who will find people draw more than that you negotiated

I like Piramal's work culture, it's values, job security, timely salary to all the employees and great work life balance.

If you want to be promoted or a good appraisal then this company is not that much good. Very bad in this catagory otherwise all good.

It give me immense pleasure to work in piramal foundation. The organisation is working so hard in covid 19 pandemic and has contributed significantly for the betterment of senior citizens and poor people of rural areas of India.

Salary is decent.. as it is a social work organisation

During the COVID-19 lockdown situation ,PFEL is supporting for my career growth and gave me a scope to work from home and also given job security and i am fully satisfaction on work culture .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

... the pandemic. Also health of employees were at the foremost than anything else. Salary on time, sessions of cognitive based compassion therapy and emergency response team were set up for convenience of employees.
