If you want to be promoted or a good appraisal then this company is not that much good. Very bad in this catagory otherwise all good.

... Skills cannot be improved instead your existing skills will not be used either. Compensation wise it is not good at all. Too much internal politics, although it is invisible yet you can feel it in appraisals.

It offers a flexible approach to work with performance tagged to deliverables and adequate coaching and peer learning opportunities.

Dislikes

The compensation structure, project-based working, and 6-days a week is the downside however the assumption at recruitment and induction is that one is making an informed choice while engagement.

-Politics(Biasness is very visible) -Poor Management -Unrealistic expectations -Zero accountability, demanding and no boundaries from upper management - HR why do you even exist?? The whole department is useless - Underpaid - The whole Appraisal Assessment is a joke They give same A to people who did below bare minimum work as to the people with multiple R&R with good achievements. - for an organisation that preach inclusiveness the level of disrespect you get for asking holidays for your culture and religion holiday, they shame me and my colleagues for not attending a meeting during our approve leave.
