Salary, work environment, duties timing, HR policy everything things is good & well. But there are huge risk in job security. And also there are no work satisfaction available In piramal products, which can do headache to employees.

Working environment. Policy. Flexibility in policy.

Dislikes

Too low salary. No any retention policy. Fresher get more salary than 5-6 year experiences employee. No any promotion after more than target achievement. No any value of Hr. Senior getting conveyance sitting in office and RM and SRM have no conveyance who is struggling in field. Very bad incentive policy. Very low appraisal policy.

Salary and other benefits are very good in this organisation.

Dislikes

Need to continue working from home after completion of office hours. Work life balance is not good at all, don’t know how it’s handling in other branches of this organisation but in my branch I am not allowed to take full leave for a day. I have to do work from home on my Leave days. I am not able to give my personal time to family and friends. Also I’m facing work load pressure daily. Not getting support from coworkers of my Branch.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisal are good and they give good salary hike and incentives every month

Started Career with off roll, in 1.5 of joining I have been promoted to On rolls where my work performance got valued, now i am working as Branch Credit Manager since last 2 years.. in a tenure of 4 years at DHFL I have been worked in different locations as per the role requirements and got different locations experience, learning and the working environment is good.. overall DHFL is a Good company to work.. but now I am serving my notice period at DHFL due to better carrer opportunities..

Dislikes

Since I have been promototed to on rolls from off roll the pay which I am getting is low.. I am not satisfied with the package..
