...ipara traps employees in a 15-month bond with a draconian 3-month notice period. During this notice period, your already meager salary gets slashed in half, essentially penalizing you for seeking better opportunities. This exploitative policy restricts your professional mobility and adds financial burden to the already demoralizing experience. **Double Standards on the Pitch:** While nepotism runs rampant, accountability is a foreign concept, especially for managers. Witnessing senior colleagues brazenly take days off for cricket matches, only to penalize us for genuine sick leave, was a daily dose of demoralization and anger. This blatant hypocrisy exposes the lack of respect for employees and the company's true priorities. **Bogus Busywork Blockade:** To keep you chained to specific projects, managers often resort to assigning meaningless tasks. These "busywork" assignments eat up valuable time and offer no opportunities for skill development or growth. It feels like being stuck in a hamster wheel, endlessly spinning without making any real progress. This practice stifles your professional aspirations and creates a culture of stagnation. **The Bottom Line:** If you're seeking a work experience that values your skills, rewards your efforts, and offers a clear path for growth, look elsewhere. Pipara & Co. might shimmer with promises, but behind it lies a disillusioning reality of unfulfilled expectations, overworked employees, and a culture that prioritizes profit over people. Choose wisely, and choose a workplace that truly values you.

Everyday some one else will be chosen not because they are better, just because they are born in a particular cast.
