Really nothing. The company does not really care about the employees and the hr is busy with little games on fun Friday instead of making actual changes. Campus is pretty. Do what you will with that information

Dislikes

Salary is very low. They justify it by giving us a place to live in the campus which is also deducted from the salary. They took away the girls dormitory kitchen utensils and do not allow us to use our own ones. Overall there is nothing to not dislike.

For Freshers Good Learning and Good Infra +atmoshphere , Leave and Pay is proper on time

No proper Hikes as per talent just regular yearly appraisals alone , little recognition only if u work your hardwork not matters

Variety of projects and world class exposure to the current situation around the world. Real time coordinating with clients all over the world. Exposure to all sort of BIM based softwares.

Dislikes

Salary credit happens by 5th, sometimes it's 7th if it's a public holiday - if you have bill payment commitment, you will surely become a defaulter. Increments are very bad- 5-8% and the accounts play silly tax games and you end up increment only on paper and not on in-hand. Also for OSD, they sometimes treat you very inhumanly. If client refused to pay u in OSD, you end up booking your own ticket to home country and with no surety that you will even get the refund. "If you need exposure, come to Pinnacle, if you need money, never bother coming."

The training aspect with them . Certain employee in the organisation. On time salary creating date 5th of every month.

Dislikes

Pinnacle Infotech Solutions Durgapur Unit. The management team is complete misfit with the need for the job. Some of them are just fools out there just pretending to be wise . The HR department is only there for data collection, just a complete contradictory to Human Resources. This all there because the organisation is running under one family. Owner /His Wife / His brother in law. It is a exaggerated version of a single proprietary shop.

Friendly workplace, lots of training will provide to your skill enhancement, salary and appraisal will depends on your output and behaviour, every year there's a tour fron you'r team, Poiltics will not stop you if you do your job correct, sometimes you need to stretch to achieve extra.

Dislikes

You have to take training that you already an expert on that. Salary hike once a year. Incentives based on company's growth.
