Considering the job profile, compensation may be fair, but it hardly matches up with the amount of work that you put in. Work done within shift time is hardly considered and only activities done during overtime(which is unpaid) are considered during appraisal. Internal politics also affects the appraisals. Manpower is low but output expected is higher. Hardly do you get to follow the content in your job description. Best rules are in place but somehow seem to be applicable only to selective department like the HR and admin department. HR team is manager friendly rather than employee friendly. Efficiency has lesser value than quantum of time devoted to said work.

Company is very good no doubt HR policy are good Company giving salary at right time

Company is very good no doubt but company built with people culture not good, there are 2 type people one are working and 2nd type taking credit. Bias environment by manager and team. Promotion and incriment not in rational way Some people not doing work taking single data review whole day still they are promoted and appreciate so manager look this type of condition

1.Initial not provided full fill facilities but after some time they provided facilities. 2.company doctor and EHS manager worked very good and supporting. 3.temreture recoding and it's monitoring done by security it's very good. 4.need to improve canteen facilities like hotwater, fresh spoon,plate,glass(they are re- use spoon within minutes/ hours).

...er level as sr.executive to M1,M2 because this incentives depending upon basics.but operator, supervisor, executive basic salary is very less,they are actually hardworker but incentives getting 400-800 hundred only?and executive 2000-3000 per month only. Because they was worked 12 Hours as alternative. 3.overtime facilities not available, it's required for now day's as compared other companies. 4.need to analyse our existing staff salaries and experience as compared other highering people for same.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisal are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The policies are not good like hike in transportation and food fare. Even they don't have mobile keeping so we have to keep mobile in our vehicle.
