Compensation is decent but growth is slow.I so receive appreciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisas.

Enjoyable work with my starting company. Lots of learning experience by arranging training seminar for staff. Good support from Seniors. One thing is most I appreciate is Total Transparency policy for staff. Pidilite culture are working harmony.Top to bottom support without any hesitate they believe not a single dispute to be create from their company to customer.They believe not professional but emotional Bonding with their Customer/Users. I believe Pidilite is Top in their segment and i don't see a any company can compete them in coming future years.And

Dislikes

... internal transfer their staff which is a big point many employee leave company. If they employ don't take transfer their compensation growth is stop it is big drawback. Compensation of some posts are not good as per company image.

Overall working culture is awesome, You can grow by your post in Every two years if you are passing their exam & clearing interview

They are not giving any bonus in diwali festival. Company giving 600 Rs as a diwali's sweet. You can't give or recieve any gift from distributer & from colleague.

Most of the employees are loved to be in Pidilite and don't want to change. Pidilite gives you the opportunity to learn new skill.

...ants to separate from pidilite. Therefore, there are less option for new comers. Pidilite offers a little less package compared to other companies.

Although company is good, but in my case the division I was working that was completely new vertical and unnecessary pressure were created by upper managers. Especially in new vertical no manager comes in market to feel the pulse. Only pressuring with illogical target. No empathy towards employee. All the new manager who were appointment for this new vertical still struggling and looking for suitable opportunities, they ll also leave once getting a better chance. Even not any existing employee want to move in this new vertical, because the kinda response from market and manager reluctant nature toward the issue. Also some managers demean you in publicly. 8-10 Sales officers from across region in same vertical asked to submit paper forcefully because of illogical target setting & not delivering. I came after leaving a good MNC organization with consistent performer in hope of career growth. But my CV got impacted because I have to leave in a year span.
