Work locations are not best remote location. Please do get full feedback of the location because working at a Job worker unit is a big No. No specific job profile for roles. Your profile will remain same although you are promoted. Team size is rare at locations. Negotiate on the grade because work levels are too many. Go to various forums and get a feedback from ex employees before joining.

Pay grade and increment isn't great. A bit of office politics remains just as every other Indian company aspiring to be a MNC.

Good environment ,supportive management.company polices are good. during lokdown company give full salary to their employees and give relief fund to government for covid -19.

Transportation free and on food subsidy is there for employees and company tours and for learning gurukul is there for our skill development Staff was very friendly

Bonus they will show in the pay slip only you'll not get anything except salary from this company

Overall company HR policy is good. Salary and other benefits will get intime.

Some employees and Managers are behaving very bad. They will not support to newly joined employees. They are feeling like this company is our own. We are paying salaries to employees in our own pocket.
