...ood but I face lots of changes in service period like transfer again an again. Work culture is good but salary structure is not good as per the candidates experience. Overall company is good, I learned lot of things in the pidilite.

Promotion of Seniors to ASM/.BM level is very Hard . Low salary compare to current Market for till ASE level.

Overall working culture is awesome, You can grow by your post in Every two years if you are passing their exam & clearing interview

They are not giving any bonus in diwali festival. Company giving 600 Rs as a diwali's sweet. You can't give or recieve any gift from distributer & from colleague.

Pidilite industries Ltd it's like family, engagement with dealers, contractors, influencer and architect. I love the this working culture.

...ion some one gets very earlier and someone not gets after many years of working. Salary structure is very poor

Most of the employees are loved to be in Pidilite and don't want to change. Pidilite gives you the opportunity to learn new skill.

...ants to separate from pidilite. Therefore, there are less option for new comers. Pidilite offers a little less package compared to other companies.
