Quite Good in Initial Stage.

...hout fail and in return I was given an extension. Neither happy not satisfied. I am happy only the 7th of every month when I get my salary.

I am very glad that I am a part of this organization. We manufacture economical Passenger and Commercial Vehicles. I love about Piaggio is that it is always ready to adopts the latest technology. I also like employee rehire policy.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...s in a good way. There is so much gap between top level people and other people. Also company recrutes fresh graduates (engineer/diploma level) on a very low pay scale and throw them after completion of their trainee period, 1 year for engineer and 3 year for diploma. And again recruites fresher graduates for the same work. Doesn't care future of such people. Also doesn't give training or skill development program to the employee but except very much results from them. There is no any rewards to the employee. All the credit taken by the top level people. Also there is very less increment given to the employee. Even after 1 year completion there is no any increment we have to wait for 2 year for the first increment which is also very much less as compared to other companies.

The workstaff of company is good. The company give full opportunity to do something new. Therefore here is some options of career growth.

Dislikes

I observed that here work life balance is very bad. The salary of trainees is very less.
