No job security. They fired employees without any prior notice. On the spot they will tell you will not continue the job, today is your last day. Double digit increments happen only to people who are either relatives or reffered by senior. No work life balance.

This organisation is not working properly and has many loop holes. It only promotes senior's family people to join. Like the director he has brought his girlfriend and 2 brothers in PW. Many more examples.

... stress like a time bomb and keeps giving threat to over work or else will fire. They hire freshers and fires them later telling your salary is too high so no appraisal
