This organisation is not working properly and has many loop holes. It only promotes senior's family people to join. Like the director he has brought his girlfriend and 2 brothers in PW. Many more examples.

... stress like a time bomb and keeps giving threat to over work or else will fire. They hire freshers and fires them later telling your salary is too high so no appraisal

Salary is good no delay in salary . Specially if you are joining as a Finance / Accounts associate basically you will be working as a cashier no stress nothing Good for those who looking for job having no skills or college life students

Worst work culture Please change the manager of kolkata The New Town Branch Head is really worst and rude dont have minimum ethics or politeness how to behave or to communicate with someone ... you will not be able to learn new skills ... apart from cashier if you are joining in sales / Marketing you have to work really very hard dont know about the academic things
