...ey removing employes from organization, only fake promises no work life balance. No salary incentive on time. They layoff employes and they said they giving the salary and after that they are also giving 45 days compensation but they are not providing anything such. Fake promise fake hr fake authority, they are playing with employes life . Everyone is fake in this organization.

Work home available with very less salary.. But good for freshers

...re fresher then PW is good only to gain experience.. Don't think for 1+ year .. Salary package= call centre job employee or less .. 17k -21k salary per month.. And don't depend upon incentives. Incentive is 3000/- or less or it depends on companies mood. Something they give incentive something they don't give incentive.. SO MAKE PW AS AN LAST OPTION.

Everything in this organization is best . If u talk about work culture , whether recognition , or the work life balance all are good , sales happens very easily , good reputation of organization is because of good management and no useless pressure very friendly work environment . Here you work as an inbound associate which is a mixture is customer care and sales job , no pressure of target .

Only salary was comparatively lesser but its okay as it is work from home job role .

...nowledge here, You can just follow a scripts which is provided by your manager. No job security, even not pay well. Have lots of problems on leave & Holidays.
