This organisation is not working properly and has many loop holes. It only promotes senior's family people to join. Like the director he has brought his girlfriend and 2 brothers in PW. Many more examples.

... stress like a time bomb and keeps giving threat to over work or else will fire. They hire freshers and fires them later telling your salary is too high so no appraisal
