Demanding my notice period recovery like financial collection and recovery agents do. I could not continue due to health reasons . Even when I am sick you people expect me to serve notice Even threatened me to end my career.

The environment is good and the people of Central are all helpful.

Appraisal is done but not in true form. For example, my Salai is 2nd center's F.M. My salary is double than mine but I have to pay the same amount. My thinking is that it is not the same but it is average.

No job security, they will transfer employee without any reason , and they ask resignation forcefully, Physicswallah only hire people when the month of admissions, after 3-4 month they fired their employees.

[1.] PW was in huge profit . Yet they have fired half of their Non-Academic staff and the remaining half are being forced to work 12hrs a day with No week off and No Salary hike. [2.] I request you all ,if you have a choice just avoid PW.

Only do as per the CH instruction only. -No Life - No growth - No Increment. -This situation were there's no personal life - No Growth - No opportunities, and no increment in salary ( if also depend on CH/ BH only) - Rigid expectation for work to be done by a specific deadline or same time. - In Work culture or environment that is seen as supportive or encouraging towards women in the work place.
