No Job security - they relieved me on the same day without prior intimation they could have intimate me one month before, Short term projects, Long working hours - ends up in late nights , we needs to work a lot after onsite calls which would happen on evenings, Work pressure more in almost all client projects

No Job security, they can send u out anytime No proper management, bossy structure No new technology, nothing to learn new things HR will force u to resign the company if u r not in a project No proper interview process happened No work life balance, No positive vibes or not a good working atmosphere Most of the people are working with fear. Pls dnt spoil your career by joining this company, look for any other good MNCs, Otherwise you will be also one the person to come & put bad reviews here in future.

...r package offer then any other organisation then it's a trap. Need to work 24/7. No appraisal and no hike.

Worst company. Don't join to this company. Initially they give more salry to join. If you don't have any projects, they will ask you to resign the job immediately.

Dislikes

They won't reply immediately after your resignation. They won't pay your variable pays, if you resign your job.
