In offer letter only mention notice period is 3 months, but company not provide 3 months notice & 3 months salary. Nearly 20 Leave encash I have, but in F&F settlement not give leave encash amount.

1) No respect for the employees, the SVP thinks that salary is paid from his pocket . He would keep repeating that . Also he boasts of fat cheque he gets . This sounds so immature from a so called leader to make such statements. Highly discourteous, have no knowledge of Indian labour laws. Does not deserve to be sitting at that position. It’s so shameless for leaders making fun of their own employees 2) HR has no role, no iq, no understanding.

...ed from project to project so that you do not create dependency in the project. As you become senior you are fired as they can hire low salary, less experienced resources. There is nothing to learn in management roles especially product management as this is a service company and you just do the clerical work of writing user story documents only. There are no work from home options. Managers micromanage and misbehave.

No Job security, they can send u out anytime No proper management, bossy structure No new technology, nothing to learn new things HR will force u to resign the company if u r not in a project No proper interview process happened No work life balance, No positive vibes or not a good working atmosphere Most of the people are working with fear. Pls dnt spoil your career by joining this company, look for any other good MNCs, Otherwise you will be also one the person to come & put bad reviews here in future.
