In offer letter only mention notice period is 3 months, but company not provide 3 months notice & 3 months salary. Nearly 20 Leave encash I have, but in F&F settlement not give leave encash amount.

The company can fire you at will They deny hike and delay variable pay on a few instances They expect you to work 40 hours a week and they make sure with an app called activity tracker The management is pretty one-directional and people who stay in this organisation for long are one who dances to top management. Else you cannot survive

...ng, and important thing is in the name of polices they loot you and torture you. They just loot your salary in the name of contract, parking charges. No proper felicities. Just too crazy, start up with no funding would treat employees far better than this company.
