...and managers at Photon. They're super supportive, especially during tough times. Work-life balance here is great, and they're spot-on with salary payments.

Some Directors have big egos. Recently, one worked with a new division head, and they decided that an Employee need to plan even emergency leaves two weeks in advance. It was tough for us, especially during family health crises. All leave requests are rejected, and there have been no raises, appraisals, or promotions for three years. It's not fair.

Your salary will be on time. Working with the best team.

Dislikes

No flexibility. No wfh option even in emergency situation (if you don't want to waste your PL/SL/CL). No support from management. No work-life balance. Senior management doesn't know how to professional. Every senior manager (specially C- level) use 'F' word frequently in every meeting. Medical insurance is for only you (2 lakhs). If you want to add your dependents then you have to pay 50% of the premium. For any escalation the people know only to play blame game. Nobody is ready to support the other person/ team to resolve the escalation. They are also creating a very bad culture of asking employees to work on Saturdays that too without any comp off or extra pay

The company is a great place to learn and it readily adopts new innovation. It was a great pleasure to work with the team which has a highly dedicated employees right from the top brass till the entry level, the company has efficient work force, innovative products to its partners which has greatly enhanced the company's global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is pretty decent, growth is pretty slow. Work pressure arise due to delegations and long hours which has been lauded as a part of the culture. Managers do not value individual unique skills. So when you do certain things in a stipulated time frame your hard work or efforts go in noticed

...n the trap easily. Even in probation period, you need to serve 3 month's notice. No Bench policy, HR will fire immediately without notice/pay. HR, Project Manager doesn't respond to your mail, chat for any Query or for Onboarding to project. Employees need to be in the ODC for 8.50 hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP. Employee should maintain 6 productive hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP if you fail to provide proper justification. No Shift allowance/CAB even you work in night shifts. Micromanagement with Pro hance tool No Work-life Balance, Worst company policies & culture, No Job Security. Company has implemented the policies primarily to create pressure or stress for the employees.
