In offer letter only mention notice period is 3 months, but company not provide 3 months notice & 3 months salary. Nearly 20 Leave encash I have, but in F&F settlement not give leave encash amount.

The company can fire you at will They deny hike and delay variable pay on a few instances They expect you to work 40 hours a week and they make sure with an app called activity tracker The management is pretty one-directional and people who stay in this organisation for long are one who dances to top management. Else you cannot survive

...n the trap easily. Even in probation period, you need to serve 3 month's notice. No Bench policy, HR will fire immediately without notice/pay. HR, Project Manager doesn't respond to your mail, chat for any Query or for Onboarding to project. Employees need to be in the ODC for 8.50 hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP. Employee should maintain 6 productive hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP if you fail to provide proper justification. No Shift allowance/CAB even you work in night shifts. Micromanagement with Pro hance tool No Work-life Balance, Worst company policies & culture, No Job Security. Company has implemented the policies primarily to create pressure or stress for the employees.

Worst management, threat employees to send resignation mail within 30 mins else salary will be stopped. Immediate fire. Daily monitoring by prohance even for 5 mins breaks calculated as non productive. Company politics. No proper salary, hikes. If u claim insurance they will hold atleast 2 month, instead of return money as Immediate.

Photon conducted 3 rounds of interviews, asked me to negotiate my package excessively and made me rely on their offer by discarding other opportunities. Despite this, they failed to release any offer and completely ignored my follow ups via email and calls. This reflects a severe lack of professionalism and respect for candidates time and efforts. Such behaviour unacceptable for organisation claiming to value talent.
