Few people who started when the company is relatively small and paid less are not great technically, hiring standards are now raised. So it is mix of both type of people for similar roles causes some friction

Very minimal or no salary hike. Dismissed yearly bonus in the name of cost cutting. Cancelled all the office parties and team outings and team dinners. Started micromanaging. No hybrid model. Need permission for every single leave.

... during hikes even if they work hard, you may be working 24*6 per week atleast, If You get a salary less than 8 is a big injustice save yourself

...during notice period. Some people go on 10 days leaves, some go for 1 day leave. Even though you take sick leave, salary gets deducted. - Mentorship is lacking to some extent. Or sometimes biased mentorship is observed - tech-stack is sometimes decided on the fly

It's the best place to learn and to grow. But everything depends on your mindset. Regarding salary and appraisals I can say you can get double if your performance is good.

Every company will have politics the same way here also some people are there but if we don't care all those things and if we concentrate on our work that will be fine.
