- no strict rules during notice period. Some people go on 10 days leaves, some go for 1 day leave. Even though you take sick leave, salary gets deducted. - Mentorship is lacking to some extent. Or sometimes biased mentorship is observed - tech-stack is sometimes decided on the fly

I like engineering team people, but management dont care of employee

Phenom purpose is to help billion people find right job, but in my case phenom is the reason for my unemployment. No job security. I was asked to leave day itself without any notice. I left my previous job because of phenom but phenom made me unemployed.. During the tenure with the company i worked more than 12 hours daily without any off to meet the target. But still they don't even care.. dear management if you don't need people. Please don't play with the career of people.
