Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Very minimal or no salary hike. Dismissed yearly bonus in the name of cost cutting. Cancelled all the office parties and team outings and team dinners. Started micromanaging. No hybrid model. Need permission for every single leave.

Nothing much, You will be considered for job even if you are from tier 3 college and non it, but too much micromanagement,

... during hikes even if they work hard, you may be working 24*6 per week atleast, If You get a salary less than 8 is a big injustice save yourself

...during notice period. Some people go on 10 days leaves, some go for 1 day leave. Even though you take sick leave, salary gets deducted. - Mentorship is lacking to some extent. Or sometimes biased mentorship is observed - tech-stack is sometimes decided on the fly
