...eryone. As fresher I say I am fortunate to get kickstart in oil and gas company. They give better salary package for freshers. I am not only learning but actually handling PRs like my senior colleagues. It may be challenging but at the same time it is a great learning and developing confidence in myself. Work life balance is fine as our time starts from 11:30 am till 8:30 pm including break to match our Nigerian working time. 2nd 4th Saturday are off. Office gets emplty by 8:45 pm. Yes true they give free lunch on top 7th floor of the building. I have heard about major festivals celabrated here. I just attended one on diwali after my joining. Office ambience is also good it's big one. So far so good according to me

Dislikes

1. No Flexible working hours. 2. No work from home option. 3. Culture here is not like American MNC which I have seen and heard from my other friends talking about theri company.

...ons celebrated in GRAND WAY! Satisfactory medical coverage and insurance policy. Salary on time always! Increment structure is also good. My overall experience is good with this company and my team.

Dislike is some thing equivalent to hate..but it has to be mentioned as improvement. Any individual or collective of individuals-organization shall have a scope for improvement. Clarity at first instance on scope of work. Need to implement mentor and guidance to Juniors and entry level professionals.

Without prior intimation company will hold salary, when you ask for your pending salary, HR Suhas will not help you. Even if you work for late night up to 4 am , company will not arrange for for you, and if any shortfall for 15 mnts for working hours in attendance,lead will force you to apply 1/2 day . No learning nothing here, you just follow Lagos Team words, no calculations no standard application. Lunch in Vadodara by company but it will spoil your health. To work you need a good infrastructure, company will not provide you Keyboard they will ask you to bring your own. No softwares , no documents controller. Engineer has to work like a document controller. I will suggest not to join this company.

Worst Politics, Daily 10 Hours working No holidays. Even Sunday is working 1st two months salary is not paid, Any moment employee can be terminated without reason. Sharing accomodations for bachelor For families, each family stays in one room Increments is after 2 years and very less Management is very harsh. He dictates. No personal vehicle. Office Van is dumped with staffs. Have to wait for 30 mins for next van Not allowed to walk, no social life. Even for haircut, you have to request for vehicle much before and go along with others for haircut No personal time. Hectic work. Never join. You can make money but no job security and your health will be spoilt. Only 3L health insurance. If you have health issues also, you can be terminated Staffs go on leave, their return ticket is cancelled without informing him. When he calls from airport, Management says that he is terminated
