No Salary growth No work satisfaction No Night shift allowances, No benefits,No appraisal Sad point is Manager will make you believing that getting good hike, but it is lie, My seniors told that company wont give you proper hike but after manager promising words & it not happen i realised there is no hike.

Sometimes they will skip salary hikes and reason is cost cutting as company is in loss. No cafeteria. desks are very small . work on old stack you will stuck here.

Not considered the work and days which spend in past for organizing when you ar on notice period and there is a event/celebration in company so they will not recognise your past efforts.
