If you are working at ASM level then its okay you can survive long . But at ce level no promotions, no hike, no salary hike nothing ... One you thing will increase that is pressure on you

When you join you will be excited and will have a good first period in Pepsico. Then your Target achievements speak more than your loyalty and the hard work

Salary, work life balance are very poor in PepsiCo

An MNC when hires a manager who pees in midnight through the window you know that u r in the wrong organization!. Nothing pleases this organisation not even achieving 105% of your target!

Work culture is supportive, company policies are good - the company runs on passion and thrives on your inputs. You can find a place where you are valued and treated as an inclusive member, independent of your background.

Dislikes

Decent compensation but not much perks for the field teams. There are days with too much work, but boundaries can be established, and they are respected. Handover takeover process remains a miss, though even though the team supports alot.

...ry good. Company policy is good but some of lower officer (just like SO)is bad . No benefit for some PSR also salary is very low for the PSR.

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Company person doesn't address our issues or problems.
