Really good work life balance as of now. Job safety is there. Always have opportunity to learn something new in terms of marketing and advertising.

Compensation part. CTC Includes all expenses like pf, gratuity etc. So in hand salary is less. And other facilities like meals, reimbursement are very less.

Learning opportunities are great if you have desire to learn new things. Great global pepsico culture.

Dislikes

Mostly transactional job, chalange with timing mismatch to the US time zone. Low salary increments, expectation is to change the business without having much say on it.

3rd party vendor l payroll allsec, dedections are very high and no transparency in payroll Pepsico pay structure is not also not good.. means there is lot of variation in basic versus total ctc.. really not happy from pay point...

I was fortunate to work with an excellent team and supervisor. Never in my time with PepsiCo I felt overworked or mundane. An excellent work environment.

I will request them to step up their game in terms of providing a competitive salary based on skill and experience level.

...extra work and the work scope is ever increasing. Main focus is on cost cutting. PepsiCo is a pay master but your progression in GBS isn't better than rest of the shared services companies.
