If you are hard working than you will get the work of other peers too who are irrelevant to the company Will load you that much so that you left the company than will distribute your joiners among there favourite people. Will not give your variables even you have done and completed your targets by mentioning different kind of excuses.

Salary structure and the techniques which they uses like ATS platform for recruitment which is time savy. It has good clients to work with.So role and work is good .

Target based job with long hours of work till 2-3 am on daily basis. No time schedule and no work life balance. Was forced to work till late nights.
