only few management people are supportive, rest are just playing with your career.

there is just hire and fire policy. company will bear you only till you are generating revenue. if you will not be able perform of a single month for xyz reason, next month you will get fired. If you will meetup your daily target, in that case you have to mark leave for that day.

was one of the best performancer with more than 100% target achievement in my overall tenure but no recognition and once you put down your paper for career growth, organization will ignore you in your overall notice period just like you don't exist. If you get a manager like Usha Shetty so note-you are in a bad zone. She will squeeze you till her benefit and throw you away. They retain wrong talent, even promote those poor performers and that's the reason of high attrition in this organisation. One Good thing about the company is that you can work from remote location in some projects and your Job security is depend on your Manager. So if u r performing good as per your reporting manager your job will be secure.

Dislikes

Management will here only reporting managers reviews. Even your Job Security depends on your Reporting Managers. Some Managers Treat their team members like slave. They Don't give value to individual's suggestions.
