The work load is not too high, giving you a very good work life balance. The salary is better than many non-IT companies. People are good hence you won't notice much toxicity.

Managers are not having exposure, hence they have a traditional mindset of handling people and lacks transparency. Company lacks in IT tools to support the daily activities. HR is very weak, manages nothing. Policies are outdated, negligible training/employee development and bare minimum benefits.

Salary is good for freshers.

Dislikes

They don't have any vision for a project. No learnings as there was no much new requirements given for assigned project. So no work so automatically work-life balance becomes good as there is no such work pressure but due to that we could not learn new things or new challenges

Work life balance is good here. You get flexible office timing & Work from home facility etc, but that is subject to prior approval from your department head with proper justification or reason of availing the facility. You cannot though take it as per your wish as and when needed.

Dislikes

Pentair doesn't provide any benefit other than the salary and Insurance. Also No annual bonus or any facility whatsoever. Even it is not sure whether you will get annual salary increment or not. Max. Annual increment too is very little around 10% on an average. The worst thing is that company doesn't give promotion to anybody ever, doesn't matter how long you work here. I have seen the people who are working here for more than 10 years on the same position and same work profile. Also there is no benchmark of salary or annual review happens as per market trends. There is huge salary gap for the same position and experience, even within the same department.
