I would have love to write something but currently nothing to like about

...ront of the employees. They should learn to be transparent with their employees. From May 2022 they started to pay salary in two installments with no fixed data. April 2023 salary was kept on hold. Sept 2023 salary was kept on hold which they have cleared in Oct 2024. In between all fake promises were given and employees were asked to work 12 hours a day. HR post is for namesake. They will not help you in any circumstances. HR is the person to whom you look upon while joining and leaving the organization. But over here they will ask you to directly connect with Finance or Admin. Got no idea what's the job of HR if they cant bide with the policies they put in front of you while joining. Finance is always not reachable. Still working with old school methods for salary disbursement.

...r they like whether a stand up meeting with 25 people or in front of the client. God forbid if you have questions in salary- the finance head passes disgusting comments on you and will never answer your questions The company never pays on time. They have done it many times in the past where if they make a wrong decision they make the employees pay for it.

Most of the Other team members are helpful... Friendly environment, not sure on management level.

...th higher management and then log off for the day. No appraisals in three years. No overtime, no work life balance, no on time salary as well.

Nothing to like. They will not pay you your salary even if your family members are hospitalized.

Employees Issue 1. Salary not on time 2. No transparency about the current situation 3. False hope given by the management 4. Bonus not paid from 2021 (which is 12% of the salary) Ex Employees Issue 1. FNF not settled even after 6 months (even if your FNF amount is 30,000) 2. No replies on the email Fundamental issues 1. They label themselves as an AI company but all of there product are rule based

Fake promise,no work life balance, less payments Salary delayed by 3 4 months, half half salary being paid, company CEO only making fake promise and can't keep word. Salary issues since 1.5 years .every time ceo said it will be fix next 3 months but its still goes on. Finance team won't reply you and Mrs.janet Dsilva is manager in finance always speak arrogantly with every one like she is the owner of the company. NO WORK ETHICS.
