Most of the Other team members are helpful... Friendly environment, not sure on management level.

...th higher management and then log off for the day. No appraisals in three years. No overtime, no work life balance, no on time salary as well.

Was good seniors but all of them left after no salary payment.

1) No salary to employees for more than 3 months. 2) Full and final settlement is not given to employees resigned even after 1 year of leaving to organisation. 3) Work on every weekend

1.Since 6 months due cash crucnch monthly India office salary paid in 2 installments. 1. micro 2. Old tech stack 3. Some senior are egoistic and demotivate always 4. HR is not favourable to employees 5. No work life balance.managers call any time. 6.delay in Appraisal.will finish the process near to next appraisal cycle.

Nothing to like. They will not pay you your salary even if your family members are hospitalized.

Employees Issue 1. Salary not on time 2. No transparency about the current situation 3. False hope given by the management 4. Bonus not paid from 2021 (which is 12% of the salary) Ex Employees Issue 1. FNF not settled even after 6 months (even if your FNF amount is 30,000) 2. No replies on the email Fundamental issues 1. They label themselves as an AI company but all of there product are rule based

Fake promise,no work life balance, less payments Salary delayed by 3 4 months, half half salary being paid, company CEO only making fake promise and can't keep word. Salary issues since 1.5 years .every time ceo said it will be fix next 3 months but its still goes on. Finance team won't reply you and Mrs.janet Dsilva is manager in finance always speak arrogantly with every one like she is the owner of the company. NO WORK ETHICS.
