Salary is a bit issue but always a good place to start for a fresher. Motivation on monetary terms is needed. More of learning training should be provided.

Nothing . Be aware before joining. Here there is no job security. In the name of PIP(performance improvement program) they will remove in 6 months.

Dislikes

No job security, no proper clients, they will remove you in name of PIP even if you miss your target for a month. There are many recruiters who made lot of joinings even though if there is no joines in a month you will removed. Getting offers and joining is very difficult as they all have small clients

The whole team of Peepal is amazing there Head Hr ,CEO, COO all are very supportive they try to make you comfortable work environment.

Dislikes

Some teams are very worst where your survival is not easy because some managers always try to shown you wrong always ignore your problems and always looking for there safer space.

It was a wonderful experience working in a culturally diverse environment of Peepal. The learning is such valuable experience.

There might be a some pressure if your performance is dipping. Be aware of this beforehand and consider your choices.
