Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

No cab facilities as they have rotational shifts and shifts are not feasible salary is less and work is more two chat simoultensosly no other benifits like any mothly refreshments or benifits they make its BPO like work culture ans school like strictness

Dislikes

The salary structure is a bit frustation. They are taking 20% of your salary and pay you it in the form of KRA if you are on project and if you are not it will be deducted and you wont be paid that 20%.

...e. They start to unemployment to our engineers, that belongs from the project. Very cheap company, Everytime cost cutting. Other stupid thing is KRA. How did they make it didn't understand. 🖕🖕🖕
