With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! It depends on the project you're working in. The projects determine the pressure or environment you're into. Not much availability of growth as you're working third party projects.

PC solutions has the environment where you can grow your skills and work on any technology of your interest. If your are Avid learner, they have many things to offer in hybrid and cloud base environment.

Dislikes

The package company offer is relatively less than other IT firms. Expectation to be available more than 13 hours.

No cab facilities as they have rotational shifts and shifts are not feasible salary is less and work is more two chat simoultensosly no other benifits like any mothly refreshments or benifits they make its BPO like work culture ans school like strictness
