Hello friends, I have been working as a field sales person in Paytm company for 3 years. The first 2 years were good but after that it seems like we have no value. My work is not appreciated.They repeatedly ask me to leave the job. I have been working as a group leader in the company for 1 year now but they are not promoting me. They are promoting people who have no knowledge. Tell me what should I do. And give me advice for a good job.

Work environment & Culture No. one care about your family life they're about productive If you on leave but make sure you will on concall & Google meet they don't care how much important your family life Using abusing language is not any issue Working on Sunday if you are achieve your target If you complaint to hr to work culture they are also not supporting I suggest think twice before Joined

... ....even company has cut down all the leave balance of employee it's around 35. And then paid salary....no apprisal since last 3 years... Culture is mainly hiring and firing no learning opportunity.

...pecialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. They start their day from 5.30am.. and end thr day at no time.. No family life.. if u work with paytm... you are not allowed to have your family.. Such a horrible experiance i have..
