Very good for incompetent folks in HR.

Dislikes

...t anyone improve anything. CTC Structure has changed 8 times in the last 1 year. Compensation ranges keep changing. Bad employer brand among the consumer tech talent, 50% + offer backouts.

They do give you the salary on time . They do reject a lot. Consider yourself lucky if you are rejected here. Don't let the numbers fool you.

The list can go on forever . The managers and higher level employees think they are God. Nobody will help you when its needed. Work pressure is unrealistic .

Dislikes

I don't like the compensation being given to the non-tech roles. For tech/engineering roles the compensation is very good but when it comes to the people who bring in the tech talent, they don't give out much. Also there should be a provision of incentives for people who are going the extra mile.

Everything, I've been fse for 6 months+, whether you work or not your salary depends only on your relation with manager whether they tell you to join meeting on Sunday night you have to otherwise your daily presenty will affect, even if you do work you will be absent

Salary Employee attendance There is no culture follow , one day they asking Soundbox next day they asking Winback visit There is no worklofe balance day started at 8AM some of the day 6.30AM with full team and finished at 10.00PM( Everyday )
