Good working nature and atmosphere.

There is no fixed salary for FSCs, because of this FSCs leave work for 1 month and because the salary is not reduced, FSCs are scolding TLs with bad words.
QR teams should have only QR and SB sale, if FSCs are freed soon to achieve all targets. TLs are required to hire every month.
1.No salary have to pay from our pocket for courier expenses
2. Petrol expenses zero have to travel daily 60 to 70kms market visits but no day allowances and no petrol allowances
3. Unreachable targets
4. They are always hiring
...nguage being used in calls daily
People threatening
Cheating people work wrong offer letters at lower level
No transparency in salary
Autocratic way of working
-Good compensation compared to market
-Work from home flexibility
Dislikes
Everything else is a problem.
-Culture sucks. Leadership is arrogant, extremely rude & busy doing internal politics. Also, they are incapable of taking decisions most of the time and are only good at beating around the bush.
-No job security at all. They can ask you to leave any day without giving any heads up since they have to cut down costs. It has nothing to do with your performance.
-Even work satisfaction is not there most of the time because one day leadership will tell you to leave everything else & work on some task on priority and when you do, they won’t even look at it the next day because apparently priority got changed.
-No training or help provided to new joiners. They just simply expect you to know everything from the start and will taunt if you are unable to meet their expectations.
-No rewards & recognition, no HR connects, no fun activities ever, etc. They think that since they are paying you decent, you should be ready to do anything for them.
Nothing to like about such a disgusting company sorry to say. There are so many start ups and small Indian companies are there, but no one like Paytm. I wish no one join them! There isn’t any job security and company culture and company ethics!
... smears time. Ask meeting in 9:30/10:00pm most of the days.
3. Horrible payout. Hire unemployed young boys and offered 10-15k salary, after completion of month their payout is like 4-5k, that too without prior heads-up that this must hefty amount they are going to deduct. Eventually the young boys leave and then they questioned team lead and forced to resign or else they theater to terminate.
4. Poor management. No one is there to listen to the employee. They never take care of employees health nor they take any action. Weather it is HR or Higher management, no one is ready to listen any issues that people are facing on ground.
5. No Holiday. Force people to work on ground till 10/11pm. No Sunday neither any national holiday they follow. They only believe in threating people to terminate to make them work.
6. So many deserving people lost their job in seconds that too without any reason. So many young adults lost their hard earned money. Most importantly they do not document any of these things in their records. Nor in mail neither in any papers.
7. In today’s world and in such strict ethics scenario, how this company is performing inhumanity, unethical behaviour and tolerance towards this entire situation, is very very strange and heartbreaking! No one raise their voices. No one could do anything. But I must say other fintech companies are doing so so much good in terms of all this things!
