They just cheat you about salary, they don't pay as per their commitment, Disaster work culture, No support from seniors, No work ethics, Even if it is written Fixed salary in offer letter, They will not pay, A good professional should not join this worst organization, Even their HR is not responding to Employee calls and emails, worst work staff specially ASM's and State Heads , first They tell you that you will be having Fixed salary and when the time comes for salary they just tell you company has done some mistake and your salary is all variable , I would suggest all to do not try to ruin your carrier by joining paytm

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
