Nothing only froud. They talk about the rules and regulations. After the job joing all rules are change after 1 week. This is Very Bed experien.

Because he show the rule of job. But he can't discuss about the change rules or salary after 1 week. Salary is not given at FSE. It's commission based job. Very bad company.

If you are into sales then your job is insecure and higher authority regional manager use abusive language and speak wrong words for your mother & sister and incentives is to bad , traveling expense are only in air no seriousness towards it .

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Only thing could be they pay u good to get you in the organisation (for few months).

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
