There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

They pay decent. That's about it.

Work culture for starters. It's horrible. We try to get things done on time but work never ends. It's like we are asked to be robots. Officially it's Monday to Friday working, however, marketing team works all day.

I think Paytm is good for pay salary on time, work from home facility, punch in punch out system is good.

Management is not so good, I think they need to change working culture in the Paytm like how to behave with your colleagues and juniors.

Only thing could be they pay u good to get you in the organisation (for few months).

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.
