But be aware with office politics. Your growth or appreciation can be cause of jealous for not only your team mates but also for some of your seniors.Winding up my words - overall it's cool to work with it .You will entertain the Brand Value a lot.

Life and work balance is very good here, job security is considered as major factor to the people who works for long time. little bit issue of learning and benefits to employees.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
