There is noting to like in Paytm.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Quality work which is impactful There are some good managers and leads who constantly support you throughout your journey

Poor compensation for college grads Less promotion A guide for freshers - switch within or before joining here Management is very opportunist , will ask you to work when they want and will layoff by using buzzwords like AI

I think Paytm is good for pay salary on time, work from home facility, punch in punch out system is good.

Dislikes

Management is not so good, I think they need to change working culture in the Paytm like how to behave with your colleagues and juniors.

People are great, they appreciate your efforts and help you to fully understand what we are doing. You can call for help anytime.

...t they simply force employees to drop resignation. Totally evil kind of company. If I ever get chance to work with them, I will prefer look for other opportunity with less pay.

No work life balance and job security. In the name of cost cutting they just shift people teams to teams ( different projects) which eventually is irrelevant to your experience and that forces you to fine a different job
