It is the worst company to start with.

It is the worst company ever. The people here are not having basic moral values and don't know how to treat a fresher. The company does not give any sort of ttraining whereas expect you to work as if u r the team lead. People who do some buttering and have good connections with team leads and manager are the only one who can grow. The environment is not suitable for those people who thinks that there work will do all justice. If you think that they evaluate you over your tasks you are surely mistaken. here you are only evaluated on the basis of how well you can play corporate politics. If i talk about work life balance then it's the most worst company where you are not paid for over time and you will be asked to available on your laptop for more than 14+ hours.
