There is noting to like in Paytm.

Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Paytm company is very good, no company is bad, salary comes on time and also gives incentives.

Dislikes

Ever since Paytm was banned, the lion's share of the market has fallen, has the market become very dirty or does it not see the scope?

Incentives are massive and attractive

Dislikes

Loss Of Pay marked for Government Holidays as well as Sundays. No proper Attendance and Daily Target based salary. Every Month Deduction will be nearly 5-6K. Without Incentive working here is waste. No Hike , No Promotion and No Service.

I think Paytm is good for pay salary on time, work from home facility, punch in punch out system is good.

Dislikes

Management is not so good, I think they need to change working culture in the Paytm like how to behave with your colleagues and juniors.

If you are into sales then your job is insecure and higher authority regional manager use abusive language and speak wrong words for your mother & sister and incentives is to bad , traveling expense are only in air no seriousness towards it .
