There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Only thing could be they pay u good to get you in the organisation (for few months).

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.

Senior Management They need people who do 'Yes Sir Yes Sir' for everything Changing execution plans every month Deduct salary of ground teams who are hired on fixed compensation. No mechanism to catch wrong selling, despite knowing team fools on ground No client servicing team for Merchants People who are interested in building good teams are fired since Being people Managers is not appreciated here

...pecialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. They start their day from 5.30am.. and end thr day at no time.. No family life.. if u work with paytm... you are not allowed to have your family.. Such a horrible experiance i have..
