Loss Of Pay marked for Government Holidays as well as Sundays. No proper Attendance and Daily Target based salary. Every Month Deduction will be nearly 5-6K. Without Incentive working here is waste. No Hike , No Promotion and No Service.

The company is gos to new method and successful running but last 6 month not growing and lot of works blocked coustomer and merchant stuck .

Company is decent, but growrth is very high in short time and very pressure .But employees in same position same salary not growth in employees life it's standby, and working all friends so good support team and successful team, team members and team leader.

...pecialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. They start their day from 5.30am.. and end thr day at no time.. No family life.. if u work with paytm... you are not allowed to have your family.. Such a horrible experiance i have..

How easily they deceive the employee. They will show you the moon, stars, and the sun during onboarding. And I don't see anything good. Oh, I just remembered, they were teaching how to fool people properly.

...ive such a high target that you'll be completely exhausted trying to achieve it. And the biggest thing is, there’s no fixed salary at all. Even that, if the employee has worked between the 15th of the previous month and the 15th of the next month, only then will the salary come; otherwise, it won’t. An employee who joins between the 1st and 5th of the month is out of luck they definitely won't get their salary because they won’t be able to complete the target in just 10 days. Even if you work the whole month, you still won’t get paid. Because it will take 4-5 days just to understand the work and to get product knowledge. It's laughable, during onboarding they’ll say there's no work pressure here, that they don’t put pressure on anyone. But how can you not give pressure when you don't even pay the salary. No uniform, no sense of dressing, anyone can wear anything and go. The senior people will probably be sitting and talking while chewing gutka. No work no pay

Its salary structure, working conditions, 0 work life balance, they treated employess as slave take more than 18 hrs of work from employees and then tell them that they don't need them..worst experience ever. No infornation related to promotions and promotes managers relatives despite of them being non performers.
