Paytm company is very good, no company is bad, salary comes on time and also gives incentives.

Ever since Paytm was banned, the lion's share of the market has fallen, has the market become very dirty or does it not see the scope?

Incentives are massive and attractive

Dislikes

Loss Of Pay marked for Government Holidays as well as Sundays. No proper Attendance and Daily Target based salary. Every Month Deduction will be nearly 5-6K. Without Incentive working here is waste. No Hike , No Promotion and No Service.

This company is unacted. I joined this company 6 month back...but still I am not getting my salary...every month I got 2000/6000 like this only...they don't care about employees and customers too...they never focus on solving the customer problem and customers problem too... please don't joined this company anybody.

Bahut bekar company hai salary nhi deti or Kam kre rho uska report bhi galat deti h jo saman company me bhijwa diye rho uska bhi Paisa kat deti h proof rkho to manti nhi h sirf apna janti h bahut bekar company hai

Good work invironmet and culture

Dislikes

This is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new job.
