There is no compensation, there is no growth. Work is not too much , but a pressure is always there, created by managers. Manager do not value individual strength. Never receive any appreciation mails , just have a verbal appreciation. Managers are working as HR, all the HR works and decisions taken by them. Hiring and firing and all other formalities done by managers . There is no scope of growth , not even they motivate they will tell u about the failures, which demotivate u. They change your role very frequently. All the person in team have a good personal relation with manager , otherwise you are out of team instead of good working.

...to leave the company like at time of F&F and at the time of asset submission. Salary hikes are not good. No training was given to the employees.

There is no job security in paytm. They can fire their employee anytime without no compensation.

There is very bad politics in paytm. Job security is negligible in this organization. Manager take their decision only and no question him.

I Joined paytm in December, 2016 and left the organization in June 2018. I started at Oil and Gas domain and was there for 1 month. I had amazing one month learned about oil and gas sector, made a few friends, also attended paytm annual day twice 2017 and 2018 Jan. Randhawa live watching was fun. Just after 1 month of working in Oil and Gas domain I was transferred to Seller Verification department. Management did not explain the reason but I went with the flow the next 17 months I worked in Merchant Verification in a different department were most of the employees were contractual and high number uneducated employees. I had tough 17 months, 6 days working even working from home as well. In June 2018 I resigned due to low salary and lack of growth at paytm. At paytm my overall experience of working was average. Join paytm if you looking for job security it does not fire employees easily . Paytm does a lot of charity to army and poor section of society. It spend nice money on annual events but salary wise in my experience was preety low. If you looking for job security not worried about salary then join paytm. I made a few friends but work pressure was very high so did not get enough time to explore the organization. It's a growing successful brand and I wish all the best to those looking to work there.

...rting to uneducated people and found it tough to sit and work with those people. Salary structure was too low according to my qualification and growth was tough due to too much politics. Fun element was less as I just went on one trip that too was average as I travelled with most uneducated people so did not enjoy. I was treated like a senior. As a masters from United Kingdom I am a buddy at 33 and treat others like that much I was treated like a senior which never allowed me to settle. Overall I rate my experience of working at paytm as 3 star and only join if you looking for job security. If you looking for growth then luck should favour you and hoping politics does not come in your path. All the best.
