Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

PAYISM TECHNOLOGY name is changed now in EQITY CAPITAL ADVISOR INDIA PVT LTD (ECAPS) I'm worked 2 years but company not deposited my PF .my experience with this com very 3rd class .even I'm leaving this com my PF and claim not paid to me ..for my side this is a fraud company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The unnecessary work pressure is very high. I have to work 14_18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Seniors do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Projected well about their future projects but nothing happend

The company Management need only money only. They are not thinking about employees.

I was worked under Worst Manager in AP location, he doesn't know atlest basic knowledge of payments industry. I am trying to lots of time to bring this to top management. But there is no response. They need only money from market.
